2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion. Once an order is accepted, we will provide a written confirmation of the order and an estimated delivery date.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before we commence any work on your order. We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

4. Delivery

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order on or before the estimated delivery date. However, we do not guarantee delivery on any specific date and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a delay in delivery. We will notify you if there is any delay or if we are unable to fulfill your order.

5. Quality

We take great care in producing high-quality embroidery. However, due to the nature of the embroidery process, there may be slight variations in color and design. We will not be liable for any such variations.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund. We will not be liable for any defects or damage caused by misuse or improper care of the embroidered item.

7. Intellectual Property

You warrant that you have the right to use any logos, designs, or other intellectual property provided to us for embroidery. We will not be liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from our services will be limited to the total amount paid by you for those services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Consumer Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of the change.

12. Additionally, we would like to inform our customers that a mock-up of the business logo will be provided for approval before we commence any work on the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the mock-up for any errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect colors, or design discrepancies. Once the customer approves the mock-up, we will commence work on the order, and we will not be liable for any errors or mistakes that were present in the approved mock-up. Therefore, we strongly recommend that customers carefully review the mock-up before approving it to ensure that it accurately represents their requirements.
